The Montreal Canadiens trade the 62nd overall pick for 71st and 133rd
The Canadiens trade the final pick in the second round to add two lower down, giving themselves a chance to draft more prospects from the 2018 class.
Having already made three selections in the opening rounds of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft, the Montreal Canadiens have traded down and acquired an 11th pick in the process.

There are plenty of quality prospects still on the board. The Canadiens clearly like the depth of their board and after making three selections in round two, they will get another one in round three and a later pick as well.
